About Us Interlink Translations and Interpreting Services is the sole proprietorship and home business of Hélène Ramos Montgomery. It was created in 1985 to provide French and Spanish Translations in the fields of Medicine, Education and International Development. I was born in Morocco with double citizenship, French and Spanish. I live in Chapel Hill, NC. I started doing translations in 1987 and have worked as a full time translator and interpreter since 1998. Previously, I worked as a French and Spanish instructor at UNC-Chapel Hill for seven years while getting my Masters and PhD in French Literature (with a minor in Spanish). I also taught in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Public Schools System for 9 years. I am a member of CATI (Carolina Association of Translators and Interpreters) and ATA (American Translators Association).
